Tri Andayani
Tri Andayani was born in Jakarta.
Since June 19, 2026, she has served as President Director of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS).
Prior to her current position, she served as President Director of PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) from 2022.
She has held various strategic positions at several State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), including Director of Marketing & Business Development at PT Phapros Tbk (2021–2022), Director of Finance at PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) (2017–2019), and Director of Finance, Human Capital & General Affairs at PT Len Industri (Persero) (2015–2017).
From 2000 to 2015, she built her career in banking, spending 15 years at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. bankers di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk.
She holds a Master of Management degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta. She is currently pursuing a Doctoral Program in Leadership and Policy Innovation at Universitas Brawijaya, Malang.

Citra Amelya was born in Medan.
Since June 19, 2026, she has served as Director of Finance & Risk Management of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS).
Prior to her current position, she held various positions at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, including Senior Vice President of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Group, Vice President Corporate Banking Group where she covered various industry sectors, including infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), energy, and telecommunications, as well as Senior Relationship Manager International Banking & Financial Institutions Group.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Padjadjaran. She also completed executive education programs at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2018 and IMD Business School in 2020, and holds a Level 6 Competency Certificate in Banking Risk Management.

Danny P. Thaharsyah was born in Jakarta.
Since December 28, 2023, he has served as Director of Operations of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS).
Prior to his current position, he held various strategic positions, including Director of Integration & Portfolio of PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS) (2024–2025), President Director of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik (2019–2023), President Director of PT Angkasa Pura Hotel (2013–2018), Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura Retail (2013–2018), and Director of Design, Operations & Marketing of PT Angkasa Pura Hotel (2012–2013).
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia (UI), Depok, which he completed in 2010.
Muchdian Muchlis was born in Padang. Since June 19, 2025, he has served as the Commercial Director at PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS). He brings over 20 years of experience in banking, commercial strategy, business development, and transformation. He held various strategic positions at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, including leading the CIMB Niaga Overseas Branch in the Cayman Islands, and serving as EBB Acquisition & Business Alignment Head (2024), EBB Product, Fee Income Product, & Portfolio Head (2020–2024), and EBB Funding Strategy (2019–2020). Anik Hidayati was born in Gresik.
Since June 19, 2026, she has served as the Director of Human Capital and Digitalization at PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS).
Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Finance and Risk Management at PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) (2022–2026), where her scope of responsibilities included strategic oversight of Information Technology (IT) and implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
She built the majority of her professional career over more than three decades (1990–2022) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Throughout her tenure with the BRI Group, she held several key executive positions, including Senior Executive Vice President Directorate Operation BRI (2022), Ad Interim Audit Head at BRI (2022), Regional Audit Head for Jakarta Area II at BRI (2021), Director of Marketing and Sharia Business at BRI Life (2018–2021), and Head of the Funds and Services Division at BRI (2016–2018).
Her extensive experience across the banking, insurance, financial management, and risk governance sectors is complemented by her strong commitment to continuous professional development. She holds several distinguished professional certifications, including Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP), Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA), and Chartered Accountant (CA).
