Our Main Services
1. Property Development
This Property Development business line focuses on maximizing the utilization and optimization of non-productive assets, including land and/or buildings, owned by InJourney Group. The product development focus within this business line involves the creation of properties directly tied to aviation operations (Aviation-Related), such as the development of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Hangar Facilities, Warehousing Zones, and Private Jet Terminals at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. Furthermore, it encompasses the development of properties that enhance asset value and deliver added benefits to InJourney Group (InJourney Ecosystem-Related), such as the Golden Tulip Jineng Resort in Bali, the development of airport hotels at four airports across Indonesia, the establishment of a driving range facility at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, and other related infrastructure projects.
2. Aviation Infrastructure Development
The Aviation Infrastructure Development business line encompasses comprehensive services, including planning, construction, maintenance, renovation, and beautification of infrastructure that supports airport operations and enhances the aviation experience. This business is dedicated to ensuring the operational readiness of aviation infrastructure, enabling airports to function optimally and deliver fulfillment to all passengers.
Among IAS Properties' key portfolios in this line of business are the beautification of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, the optimization of the Passenger Bridge Facility at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, the beautification of the SAMS Sepinggan Balikpapan International Airport Terminal, and the beautification of the International Arrival Terminal at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.
