As a Ground Handling service provider since 1998, we specialize in handling aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo at 40 domestic airports. With a trusted history of serving both domestic and international airlines, we manage over 183 thousand flights and accommodate ±46 million passengers yearly, all while maintaining our ISAGO certification.
The Cargo Terminal has been operating since 1998 at over 36 major airports across Indonesia, serving 50+ airline customers. ISO certified since 2017, our services handle over 900 thousand tons annually.
Our Main Services
1. Aircraft Ground Handling
Since 1998, we have been providing aircraft handling services at 40 airports, including ramp, cargo & warehousing, passenger and baggage handling, flight operations, and aircraft servicing. Each month, we manage 15,529 narrow-body flights and 1,483 wide-body flights, using 970 motorized units and 4,214 non-motorized units, 30 Apron Buses, and 114 passenger boarding bridges.
Annually, we efficiently handle 183,964 flights, serving 46,770,422 passengers, backed by 41 operational certifications, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
2. Cargo Terminal Operator
Our Cargo Terminal, operational since 1998 at over 36 major airports across Indonesia, serves 50+ airline customers. ISO (9001 & 14001) certified since 2017, we handle over 917,000 tons annually.
IAS cargo terminal operators are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including CCTV, rush handling, cold storage, strong room, DG handling, AVI handling, multi view x-ray machines, customs clearance, and marine cargo insurance.
